Episode 27: Bottom Line For Baby

Back in October, I had the pleasure of chatting with bestselling author Dr. Tina Payne Bryson about her new book The Bottom Line for Baby. This book is quickly becoming one of my go-to recommendations for pregnant friends, NICU families preparing for discharge, and essentially anyone trying to navigate the world of parenting littles. During our conversation, we discuss everything from breastfeeding, to what it means to be a good parent, to how to deal with the deluge of parenting advice coming from everyone you have ever known (or not known!), and finding our way to be more confident parents by trusting in ourselves.
